QUICKJET Waterjet Cutting Machines

This new QUICKJET II waterjet cutting machine proposed by MECANUMERIC is unique on the market, since it combines safety, compactness, high productivity and ultra precision.

Its kinematics, inspired by the solutions of mechanical machining centres (use of ball screws on all axes, high-performance AC Brushless servomotors driven by user-friendly numerical control), makes it possible to consider the production of high-precision parts.

Equipped with high-pressure pumps and THP components from the world leader KMT Waterjet, the QUICKJET II waterjet cutting machine is optimized for all precision industrial cutting applications, using pure water jet of soft materials (rubber, plastic, cardboard, textile, leather, paper, foams, etc.) or with abrasive addition of all hard materials (steel, aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, minerals, glass, ceramics, composites, etc.)

The useful strokes are: 1020 x 1260 x 200mm (XYZ) and the maximum format on the table is 1150 x 1350 mm.

The possibility of immersion operation (automatically variable water level) offers great comfort of use, a strong reduction of noise and splashes. The options: sludge treatment system and five-axis head further increase productivity.

This fully enclosed equipment (complete enclosure) is particularly suitable for safe use in schools and universities.
